About The Event
RecFest is the worlds biggest recruitment festival with big brand sponsors and talks from the likes of LinkedIn and Amazon. The event returns once again to Knebworth’s hallowed fields for another day of festival vibes, TA learns and the industry’s most legendary after-party. This will be Alliance third year supporting the worlds largest recruitment fair. RecFest 2024 is going to be bigger than ever, with over 100 sector leading speakers, covering 10 stages, and 70+ awesome activation sites.

Accommodation: There is no onsite camping at this event.
Estimated shift times: 10:00 - 23:00. Most shift times will be 12/13 hour shifts in various areas of the festival.
Parking: There is on-site parking for staff and customers.
Travel to and from the event: Staff are encouraged to make their own way to the festival, arrival information is distributed closer to the time of the event.
Role Training: Do not worry if you have no festival or event experience, you will be invited to our online training to understand your role better and be provided mentoring & support by your onsite supervisor. We will also host online sessions to answer any of your concerns before you arrive to site to ensure you are confident and competent in your role.
