About The Event
Reading Pride’s annual Love Unites Parade & Festival returns on Saturday, 30th August 2025 at King’s Meadow. The Festival kicks off when the Parade arrives at 12:00 with a full line-up of entertainment across our stages throughout the day along with a funfair, family area, a wide range of food, drink and market stalls Bringing the spirit of Pride to the centre of Reading and providing opportunities for groups, organisations and individuals to show their support for both Pride and the ongoing campaign for equality.

Accommodation: There is onsite camping at this event. Facilities including toilets, showers and crew catering will be provided.
Estimated shift times: Day Shifts: 11:00 - 23:00.
Parking: There is onsite parking at the event. Staff are encouraged to make their own way to the festival, arrival information is distributed closer to the time of the event.
Role Training: Do not worry if you have no festival or event experience, you will be invited to our online training to understand your role better and be provided mentoring & support by your onsite supervisor. We will also host online sessions to answer any of your concerns before you arrive to site to ensure you are confident and competent in your role.
